I’ve had some bad breath since last year, and when I talk to my family, they always avoid it. I feel embarrassed too, but I don’t know why. At first, I thought it was an oral disease. Later, I went to the stomatology department to have a series of examinations. The doctor said that my teeth had no problems and there were no other oral diseases. I also bought some medicine to treat halitosis. It didn’t work. There were also some allergies. Now I dare not take any more medicine. I’m very distressed. How can I find out the root of my halitosis?
There are many causes of halitosis, such as periodontitis, gingivitis, dyspepsia or caries, which may lead to halitosis. If you have ruled out oral disease, it is recommended that you go to the digestive department to check if there is any stomach disease.
After the cause is found out, treatment should be carried out in time. If it’s stomach disease, in addition to taking some medicine to treat stomach disease, you can also eat some stomach food, such as peanut, millet porridge, pumpkin and so on. Usually diet should be light, do not eat some stimulating food.
Irritant food includes chili, onion, garlic, etc. In addition, avoid smoking and drinking. All of these have the potential to cause halitosis. At ordinary times, we should eat more fruits, drink more boiled water, prevent constipation, keep the stool unobstructed and pay more attention to oral hygiene.
Usually should not eat too full, after eating can properly walk. Especially for dinner, it’s not suitable to eat too much. You can’t go to bed immediately after eating. It’s better to go to bed one hour after dinner.
